Holiday Impact on Scoops:
Please fully read our terms and conditions prior to your first scoop. Your acceptance is required prior to the start of services.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC uses a comprehensive waste collection system when scooping your yard to ensure safe, sanitary and effective pet waste collection and disposal. Kennel grade disinfectant is utilized after each scoop to ensure sanitary conditions for each home. We want to keep your furry k9 healthy!
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC works 12 months out of the year, and as such will experience occasional inclement weather. We reserve the right to cancel waste pick up for the day when severe weather is present which includes but is not limited to: extreme heat, extreme cold, snow accumulation, ice storms, heavy rain, thunderstorms, and high winds.
If your day of pick up gets canceled due to weather conditions, we will work hard to reschedule during the week. However due to routes and their locations your yard may get skipped for that week with pick up to resume on the following week. If this occurs a refund will not be issued as there will be double the amount of poop to scoop at your next visit. As a recurring customer, you will not be charged for an increased clean up rate
Winter poop scooping may be affected by snowfall. We will continue to service you weekly and will pick up waste as it is seen through the season. When the snow melts we will pick up what may have been missed, with no extra charge / spring clean fee charges to reoccurring weekly customers.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC works hard to find all the pet waste in your yard, but clean up accuracy can be negatively impacted by a decreased state of your yard, and/or by obstacles in your yard.
The effectiveness of your scoop may be impacted by high/un-cut grass, leaves or other debris in your yard, or by large items such as trampolines, play houses, wood piles etc.
We cannot scoop what we cannot see.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC requires access to the areas of your yard where your furry friends do their business. We need access to your yard. If your gate is locked we will attempt to knock on the door to gain entrance to your yard. However, if nobody is home and we cannot access an area it will be missed and pick-up will resume the following week. No extra charge will be levied and a refund will not be issued as the amount of waste will increase for the next scheduled pick-up.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC is a family owned/run small/local business, and as such, we will close on the following Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day. Furthermore the week between Christmas and New Year's Day we will close for family time. Family is important, and time is needed.
If your scheduled visit falls on one of these days you will be missed that week, with normal services resuming the following week. Once again, no extra fee will be charged and no refunds issued due to increased amount of waste which will be present at your next scheduled visit.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC bills for services at a rate of 1 month in advance. A valid credit/debit card is required to be kept on file and will be billed on the 1st of each month. All payments are required by the 3rd of each month or your services will be considered late and an additional fee will be placed. If not paid by the 5th your account will be placed on hold until your bill is paid in full for the month. If a delay of more than 1 week occurs then additional scoop fees may apply to bring your yard back up to a weekly scoop level of clean.
Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC reserves the right to add the following fees to your scoop if warranted. These are situations we charge extra for:
$5 Return Fee (if unable to access your yard and we are called back once we have left)
$5 Waiting Fee (If we arrive and are made to wait before being able to start your scoop)
$5 Cleaning Fee (If asked to clean/sanitize poop from sidewalks/patios/rock beds)
$10 Late Payment Fee (Payment is due on the 1st of each month and if not received by the 3rd of the month your account is late)

Happy Dog K9 Clean Up, LLC collects and holds your data for billing and service purposes only. This may include but is not limited to name, address, phone, email, number of pets, yard size etc. Rest assured we will NEVER sell your information. We may send information to 3rd party companies for purposes including payment processing or to law enforcement agencies if requested or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law. We take privacy seriously.
